The annual Redondo Beach Lobster Fest has been canceled this year because of the pandemic. For disappointed patrons who want to bring the lobster fest into their homes, Critic’s Choice Catering has created “The Lobster Fest Kit.” The spread includes the classic lobster roll, fire grilled andouille sausage, roasted Cajun corn, red potatoes, Caesar salad, and housemade kettle chips. The $100 kit feeds four. A portion of proceeds will go to funding community projects selected by the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce. For more information call
