Silvio’s Brazilian BBQ held a farewell party on Sunday for long time customers after 15 years of Brazilian influenced barbeque, including their signature Carnival Plate featuring Brazilian barbeque chicken, tri-tip and sausage. The Pier Plaza restaurant was named after co-owner Silvio Correa. “We sold, on our terms, on our timetable,” said co-owner Doug Howarth, who recently earned an MBA, and plans to go into business consulting.
