Concerts in the Park: Life
The band Life will be playing on Aug. 30 at Polliwog Park from 5 to 7 p.m. Musicians and songwriters Moi J Quinn, Sean Chapman and Matthew McEwan are Hermosa Beach locals who have been playing music together for the past 10 years, which led to the formation of the rock band Life in 2013. Influenced by a myriad of musical genres and eras, from Motown to the 1980s and ‘90s R&B and punk, Life’s music is eclectic and soulful.
