On Saturday August 29th, Bing Copeland paid a visit to Dive N’ Surf in Redondo Beach reuniting with his Bing Surfboards Surf team, Bing Surfboards Craftsmen, and many other associates and surf legends from the last 50 plus years. In correspondence with the team reunion, the Vintage Longboard Collectors Club held their annual South Bay swap meet out in the parking lot in front of Dive N’ Surf bringing in rare and classic surfboards and memorabilia.

“Robert Millner, the Owner of the Old "Roberts" Surf Shop that was located in Culver City in the early 1960's, stopped by to say hello,” said McIntire. “Robert was inducted into The International Surfboard Builders Hall of Fame two years ago at Doheny along with Dewey Weber and PT's and My Friend, Joe Larkin from Queensland, Australia.”
