The 48th American Martyrs Parish Fair takes place Oct. 20 and 21 and will include the “Lucky 21” raffle contest, which features a Fiat 128 Spider convertible, pictured here in front of the new Parish Welcome Center with Monsignor John Barry. Raffle tickets are $60 each and the winner takes either the car or $20 cash. The Parish dinner takes place Saturday night from 6 to 10 p.m., $25 or $20 for seniors, and includes music and a choice of tri-tip steak or fish. The annual auction includes Lakers tickets, VIP guest passes to tapings of Will and Grace, Dancing with the Stars, and The Voice, a Viking cruise, a Joshua Tree getaway, a ski trip to Utah with Picabo Street, and a basketball clinic with Steve Nash.
