
Bartender of the Week: Cliff Guy at Paul Martin’s American Bistro on Rosecrans in El Segundo. Cliff’s never say no attitude, stealth confidence when mixing, and ability to invent on the fly make him a favorite of both customers and co-workers alike. Try the Mojito mixed with in-house-made Raspberry Infused Vodka. Off the menu, ask for “the Cliffhanger,” looks like grape kool-aid, but it sure ain’t for the kiddies!
