As part of the Super Bowl weekend festivities, a 2-day Health & Fitness Expo will be held Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday 6 – 11 a.m. Sponsored by Kaiser Permanente. Free. Sunday – The race kicks off at 7 a.m. with the Kids’ 1K Fun Run (12 and under.) 7:30 a.m. the 10K Run, 8:15 a.m. 10K Baby Buggy Run, 8:30 a.m. 5K Run/Walk, and 8:45 a.m. 5K Stroller Walk. It all happens on Harbor Drive and Beryl, Redondo Beach. Registration and Information: redondo10k.com.

Chemo-accessorize: Staying Positive with CSC South Bay
Cancer Support Community South Bay (CSC South Bay) free workshop led by Iris Lee Knell, LCSW cancer survivor and founder of Chemocessories. A positive attitude is of vital importance in the recovery process during cancer treatment. Looking better can help cancer patients feel better, and accessorizing can be very therapeutic.
