Row For A Reason, Redondo Beach
Body One Fitness presents the ninth annual “Row for a Reason” to raise funds for Cancer Support Community South Bay (CSC South Bay) on Friday, Sept. 6, from 4 – 10 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 7, from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. Gym Owner and founder of Row for a Reason, Lou Sidella, will dedicate all row machines to the fundraiser for the duration of the event. Participants can sign up to row in half-hour time slots for a $50 donation Sidella hopes to raise $20,000 for CSC South Bay this year. Body One Fitness, 201 Herondo Street, St. 100, Redondo Beach. QPR Suicide Prevention Training helps individuals recognize warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade and refer someone to help.
