Super CPR in El Segundo

The El Segundo Fire Department annual Super CPR Saturday. Free to all attendees and will cover Adult CPR. All who complete the class will receive a 2 year certification in Adult CPR from the American Red Cross. The class is designed for all age ranges, as long as you feel your child would be able to understand the information. The class will include lecture, videos, and hands-on CPR. The legendary Ironman celebrates its 36th year. The Hermosa Ironman consists of a mile-long run on the beach, a mile-long paddle in the ocean and pounding a 6-pack of beer immediately after getting out of water. The City of Hermosa Beach Community Resources Department presents Community Movie Night: Carrie. Did you know that scenes from “Carrie” were filmed at the Hermosa Beach Community Center? Come watch this cult horror classic dressed in your best prom attire and join us for a behind the scenes look at the filming spots used in the movie, complete with photo opportunities and haunted surprises.
