Beach art – Assemblyman Muratsuchi

Assemblyman Al Muratsuchi hosted the inaugural Assembly District 66 Photo and Art Contest on Saturday, Jan. 11 at ShockBox Gallery in Hermosa Beach. The works of over a dozen artists were exhibited. Jackie May’s cubistic-influenced painting of the Manhattan Beach pier was the grand prize winner. Her painting will hang in Muratsuchi’s Sacramento office. The other art and photography will hang in Muratsuchi’s South Bay office.
