Celebrate Wellness celebrates three decades of cancer support
Cancer Support Community — Redondo Beach founders Thomas Simko, MD, Elise Asch, Anne Clary, LMFT and Jean McMillan (who could not be present) were honored at the 21st Celebrate Wellness food and beverage tasting on Sunday, June 25 at the South Coast Botanic Garden. More than 500 guests enjoyed sunshine and music as they sampled fare from over 30 restaurants, wineries and breweries. The event netted nearly $170,000, which will help fund over 200 free, monthly support programs for cancer patients and their loved ones offered by CSCRB.
