Noah’s
For the second year in a row, Noah’s has taken this award with offerings that range from plain old world favorites to strange creations like Dutch apple crunch and French toast bagels. They’re doing with bagels what Wolfgang Puck did with pizza – adding outré ingredients like spinach and pesto and expanding the definition of what a bagel can be. Noah’s is as much a sandwich shop as a bakery these days, taking bagels to strange new places, and our readers like being along for the ride.
