Sangria–It looks like all the work of changing over the DJs, re-formatting the music and nurturing relationships with all the local social groups has worked! The back room has been refreshed and redone as well as the back bar area. Locals man the bars. Fun is the target. Don’t forget to start it early with one of the better wine lists in Hermosa and coming soon will be the biggest appetizer/tapas menu in the city created by cooks who have shared time at Rock N Fish and Michael Shaffer’s The Depot.
