Independent Repair opened its doors 39 years ago. Owner, Jim Chen, a former race car driver turned Honda motorcycle mechanic, turned import car mechanic, runs a clean, sit down, one-on-one repair business with fair and honest prices.
“You never just come in here and not know what is happening with your car. There is always direct communication between the customer and us, regarding what the cars needs, what needs to be done and at what point it needs to be done,” says general manager Mike Grady.
“We work with each customer as an individual and we tailor maintenance schedules to each customer’s needs.” -AK
