With deft hands and sharp scissors, Alan Bailey crushed the competition for best men’s barber for the second year in a row.
“I’ve been doing it for 10 years,” Bailey said. “All my customers get top-notch service.”
Bailey, a barber at Peroxide Beauty and Barber shop, has been on the Best of the Beach list for two years and specializes in conservative haircuts, fades, tapers, classic cuts and facial grooming. He recently won first place at the 2014 International Salon and Spa Expo for best conservative cut. — CS
