NOTICE OF HEARING
Delinquent Solid Waste Collection (Refuse) Bills
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Administrative Appeals Board of the City of Hermosa Beach will hold a hearing on June 10, 2014 to review delinquent solid waste collection (refuse) bills for the purpose of recommending to City Council that said delinquent charges be placed on the property tax bill as a special assessment. The assessment would affect only those properties with solid waste collection bills delinquent as of March 31, 2014.
SAID HEARING shall be at 6:00pm in the Hermosa Beach City Hall, 1315 Valley Drive, 1st Floor Conference Room, Hermosa Beach, California 90254.
ANY AND ALL PERSONS interested in the above matter are invited to appear at the time and place stated above or to submit their written comments to the City Manager’s Office at the address above no later than the time stated.
