NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Redondo Beach, California, pursuant to law, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 415 Diamond Street, Redondo Beach, to consider:
(1) establishing fees by the City for refuse collection services for single family residences, (1-3 units) as the fee schedule for fiscal year 2014-2015; and
(2) establishing fees for refuse collection services by the City’s refuse collection contractor for multi-family residences (4 or more units) and commercial establishments for fiscal year 2014-2015. Â Any and all interested persons may appear and be heard thereon.
If you challenge the proposed changes in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Office of the City Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2014.
