NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Redondo Beach, California, will receive sealed bids for the following:
AVAYA MAINTENANCE RENEWAL
Bids will be received by Purchasing, 415 Diamond St., Door C, Redondo Beach, up to the hour of 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 28, 2014 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after specified date and time will be considered late and returned to the bidder unopened. Each bid shall be submitted on a bid form obtained from Purchasing and in a sealed envelope with the bid number and the name and address of the bidder appearing on the outside of the envelope. No bid shall be submitted by telephone, fax, or electronic mail. The City of Redondo Beach reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and, to the extent permitted by law, to waive any irregularities in the bid.
