NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, the Financial ServicesDepartment of the City of Redondo Beach, California, will receive bids until 10:30a.m., Thursday, May 8, 2014,at Door C, City Hall, 415 Diamond Street, Redondo Beach, California, (310) 318-0602 for:
Publication of legal notices for the City of Redondo Beach.
All bids received will be publicly opened and read at the time stated, atthe Financial Services Department, Door C, 415 Diamond Street, Redondo Beach, California.
Bids shall be submitted:

In a sealed envelope bearing the bid number and title of the bidon the outside of the envelope;

With the name and address of the bidder on the outside of the envelope;

On the forms provided by the City Clerk’s Office (see attached) and shall be complete and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and all other requirements contained in the bid document.
Section 19.5 of the City Charter of the City of Redondo Beach provides in part that the annual contract for the publication of all legal notices or other matter required to be published in a newspaper of general circulation circulated in the City of Redondo Beach shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
