Coach John Featherstone is joined by family, including wife Diane, friends and former players during the dedication in his name of the El Camino College Athletic Field. The plaque recounts Featherstone’s national, state and conference championships. Featherstone coached the Warriors from 1985 until 2015. John Featherstone and El Camino College Coach Gifford Lindheim lead the Warriors onto the field for Saturday’s homecoming game against Cerritos. Cerritos won 42 to 40.
