Mira Costa women lead school to South Bay Surf League title

A strong performance by Mira Costa’s women surfers helped the Mustangs defeat Palos Verdes to claim the South Bay Surf League title last Thursday. Mira Costa’s Jordan Wible took first in the shortboard division and fourth in the long board division. Palos Verde’s Jessica Dustin won the long board division and was second in the short board divison. Mira Costa’s women outscored Palos Verdes 36 to 28 in the shortboard division  and 74 to 53 in the longboard division.
