We caught up with one of Los Angeles’s rising Chef stars, Chef Tin Vuong in his restaurant “Little Sister”. Chef Tin talks about his inspirations, cooking habits, menu and more. His 52 seat Manhattan Beach restaurant designed by Anthony Agriam of Bishops Pass is filled with wooden bookcases, metal shelving, floor-to-ceiling windows along the street side wall and stylish fixtures that shed an ambient glow over dinner.
