The Kiwanis Club sponsored a costume contest, the Women’s Club a pumpkin contest and the city cleared downtown streets for the annual El Segundo Halloween Frolic. The group costume contest winners were: 1. the Borgreau family as Willy Wonka. 2. The Cortez family as Grease. 3. The Addams Family.
