12th Annual Victorian Holiday Party and Toy Drive
On Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, starting at 6 p.m. the Redondo Beach Historical Society and the Redondo Beach Historical Commission will open up the historic Morrell House and Queen Anne Museum for a festive holiday celebration featuring entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, and merriment!
Both the Morrell House and the Queen Anne Museum will be decorated for the holidays and open to the public for this event, which has become a local favorite. The celebration will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. The Morrell House is located at Heritage Court, 298 Flagler Lane, Redondo Beach, CA 90278.
Admittance is an unwrapped toy. All toys will benefit the Cheer for Children charity organization, which provides holiday gifts to acutely ill children.
If you are unable to attend our event, you are welcome to drop off your unwrapped toy at the Morrell House between now and Dec. 11 during regular museum hours (from noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays). The Morrell House will be closed Saturday, Nov. 24, and Sunday, Nov. 25, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
