Our April Happy Hour with History featuring the Surfrider Foundation and USC Sea Grant: Hermosa’s Changing Shorelines
The Hermosa Beach Historical Society & Museum is hosting their April Happy Hour with History, to explore the research and work of the Surfrider Foundation and USC Sea Grant by further examining Hermosa’s Changing Shorelines.
Join the team from the Surfrider Foundation and USC Sea Grant as we journey through history to look at changes in our community and our beaches. Together we will explore how the impacts from sea level rise may affect our culture, community and coastal habitats. We will peer into the future to understand how things may change and how you can get involved!
To show our support for Surfrider and the work they do in our beach communities, admission to this Happy Hour event will be free. All are welcome.
This event will take place at the Hermosa Beach Museum, 710 Pier Avenue, on April 18th from 6-8PM
All are welcome- RSVP on Facebook page appreciated.
