Lunch and Learn: Meal Prep Made Easy

Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach (CSCRB) hosts cancer survivor and integrated nutrition health coach, Paula Marchica, RN, onFriday, June 28, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at 109 West Torrance Blvd., Redondo Beach.  Marchica will discuss simple tricks to planning for healthy eating. Participants will learn how to meal prep with minimal effort and organize kitchen time efficiently, as well as gain practical experience cooking recipes from start to finish. A nutritious lunch will be provided by The Spot Restaurant in Hermosa Beach from 12:30 to 1 p.m.  Advance registration required.
