The Interludes

Under the Artistic Direction of Laura Schmieder, local and international artists are selected every April at the annual Beverly Hills National Auditions and presented monthly on Friday evenings on the Music by The Sea recital series in the beautiful Encinitas Library with its expansive view of the Pacific Ocean and on Saturdays on The Interludes recital series in the acoustically superb sanctuary of First Lutheran Church & School in Torrance. The artists are also presented from January through June on Sunday afternoons on Beverly Hills’ Music In The Mansion recital series in the historic Greystone Mansion.

“The series is a much-sought opportunity for young performers…the talent level is extremely high.” ~ Los Angeles Times
