Theres No Planet B

Local artist, Drica Lobo, will be exhibiting her work for an environmentally conscious solo show beginning October 13th at RESIN in Hermosa Beach. “There’s No Planet B” is an interactive experience aimed at honoring our beautiful planet, and spreading environmental awareness through Drica’s unique and wildly colorful artwork. The pieces exhibited will share this message by incorporating earth-friendly elements such as recycled paints, textiles, and installations.

“The whole concept isn’t to get political, critical, or show the bad side of our environmental situation. The idea is to show the beauty through colorful landscapes so that people can appreciate more of what we have. However, the interactive installations will serve as a reality check – you just have to see for yourself!”

The opening reception for “There’s No Planet B” is hosted by the South Bay Artist Collective, all are welcome to stop by to view Drica’s incredible work and take in the eco-friendly vibes while enjoying complimentary wine and snacks thanks to Sampas Gourmet Pizza. This solo exhibit will be available for viewing throughout the following week after opening.
