This adorable local girl was spotted walking to the awesome clothing store Katwalk in Manhattan Beach during my first minute of people watching – and had to get the secret to her style.
Amanda Kotero, 21, was wearing an all black outfit that although dark, still looked light and playful. My favorite part is her black cutout dress. I’m totally smitten with how her beekeeper felt hat pulled the entire outfit together, heart glasses and all!
