The new downtown Hermosa Beach Farmers Market celebrated its grand opening Wednesday with a ribbon cutting attended by city and chamber of commerce representative and local business owners. The market on Pier Plaza opened last month and is sponsored by the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce. It’s open Wednesdays from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. The Hermosa Beach Rotary Club sponsors a second Hermosa Beach Farmers Market on Valley Drive and 11th Street. It is open Fridays, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
