In conditions that that even most experienced surfers would pass on, nearly 100 groms (ages 5 to 12) competed in the Dive N’ Surf South Bay Boardriders surf contest on Saturday, April 30 at 45th Street in Manhattan Beach. Judging from the expressions on their faces, the groms were fearless and had a blast.
