The King Harbor Brewing Co. SuperDogger Expression Session was a surfing exhibition on pre-1968 surfboards. Contestants were required to NOT wear a wetsuit with an individual Hawaiian shirt in lieu of a contest jersey. Judging was simple. Best one wave won the heat. All Contestants put $20 in the trophy with the winner taking home the trophy and all the cash. Ventura’s Vince Felix was a stand-out the entire contest. He took home the Superdogger by riding his Ventura original Morey-Pope Penetrator to victory with critical turns and a killer head stand.
