[ngg src=”galleries” ids=”2553″ display=”masonry” ngg_triggers_display=”always”]Hermosa Beach dads ditched their Hawaiian shirts and board shorts, but not their flip flops, in favor of white polo shirts, and white Bermuda shorts for the Annual Father’s Day Weekend Hermosa Beach Education Foundation Lawn Bowling Tournament on Saturday at the Clark Stadium Lawn Bowling Greens.
Tournament director Matt Matzen said the tournament is part Ed Foundation fundraiser, part recruitment for the bowling club.
Participation in the lawn bowling tournament was among several activities auctioned off at last month’s Hearts of Hermosa gala, including a bunco game and a tacos and tequila party.
