Hermosa Beach firefighters will escort Santa

Los Angeles County firefighters from the Hermosa Beach station on Pier Avenue, will escort Santa through town on Wednesday, Dec. 15, starting at 4:30 p.m. Santa will depart from City Hall, and proceed down Pier Avenue to Pier Plaza. From there, he’ll head south on The Strand to 2nd Street, north on Hermosa Avenue to 25th Street, and then back down The Strand to Pier Plaza. Then he’ll travel up Pier Avenue to Valley Drive, follow Valley to 30th Street, then take Longfellow Avenue to Pacific Coast Highway. Then it’s east on 21st Street to Prospect Avenue, and South on Prospect to Herondo Street, and then west to Monterrey. After following Monterrey and Manhattan Avenues, Santa will take Valley Drive back to City all.
