The Hermosa Beach Garden Club meets at the Clark Building last week for their monthly meeting. The club will host its annual Plant Sale on Saturday, April 28. Along with offering indoor and outdoor plants, the sale will feature a raffle of items donated by local businesses. The club’s “trash to treasures” effort will offer tips on recycling jewelry, books and crafts. The Garden Club was founded over 60 years ago and serves green thumbs throughout the South Bay. Funds raised will support public gardens and conservation efforts. The sale will be held at the Clark Building, 861 Valley Dr. from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Photo
