Motorist arrestedAn intoxicated woman was arrested on suspicion of obstructing an officer in northeast Hermosa last week, after she allegedly almost ran over a skateboarder.On the evening of June 15, police received reports of a woman driving with part of her vehicle on the sidewalk, and nearly hitting a passing skateboarder, according to police reports. About 9 p.m., police found the suspect vehicle parked in the 1200 block of 24th Street, near the intersection with Prospect Avenue.
