The 15th Annual Jimmy Miller Memorial Surf Fiesta, on Sunday at 42nd Street in Manhattan Beach, drew over 180 surfers for a team surf contest in small, family-friendly waves. Funds from entry fees, T-shirts, raffles, and a silent auction will go to JMMF ocean therapy programs.

Sub Bum Best Performance by a Family award went to Peter, Curren and Landon Gentry. Other top finishers were:

First place team: Team 16th Street, Hermosa Beach: Matt Walls, Kieren Walls, Shane Mosely, Rachel Tominga, Karsten Wanke.

2nd Place: Team 22nd street Hermosa + Friends: Dickie O’Reilly, Brad Bush, Clyde Bush, Charlie Meils, Paul Meils with subs through the day of Danny Glober and Curren Gentry.

Spyder Surfboard Best Wave: Karsten Wanke.

Rip Curl Best Performance by a Girl Grom: Maggie Griffin.

Sector 9 Best Performance by Boy Grom: Carson Stone.

ET Surfboard Beach Lounger Award:  Brynn Barry birthday crew.

Trilogy Spa Best Performance by a Female: Charlie Meils .

Spy Optics Best Wipeout: Hunter Sleeis.

JMMF Pure Surfing Experience Award: Charlie Speiser.
