The seven candidates for the three open seats on the Manhattan Beach council will participate in a debate hosted by the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, Sept. 30 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Chamber CEO Kelly Stroman will question the candidates about their views on local business and then present questions on a broader range submitted by residents in advance of the Zoom presentation.
The candidates are incumbents Richard Montgomery and Steve Napolitano, former councilman Mark Burton and first time council candidates Chaz Flemmings, Grettel Fournell, Joe Franklin and Phoebe Lyons.
