Mira Costa End Epilepsy hosts Epipalooza, a fundraising concert, this Saturday, June 1 at the The Lighthouse Cafe, from 3 to 8 p.m., featuring five local bands, including End Epilepsy founder Slater Heidrich’s Good Vibe. Also performing will be XYZPDQ, Minor Problem, Pier Pressure and Chroma Haze. Cooper Jones will also perform an acoustic set. Heidrich hopes to raise $10,000 for End Epilepsy research. The Lighthouse, at 30 Pier Ave., Hermosa Beach, is donating 15 percent of sales to the charity.
