An early morning accident has tied up traffic on Sepulveda in Manhattan Beach.
The collision involved a contractor working on road repairs and a car at the intersection between Sepulveda and 6th Street. Both the contractor and driver were injured and taken to local hospitals.
Police, who arrived on the scene at 4:50 a.m., are determining the cause of the collision. Northbound Sepulveda Boulevard from Artesia Boulevard to 8th Street remains closed due to the ongoing investigation.
Police advised avoiding the area until noon. ER
