Stolen package
A package was stolen from the front porch of a house on the 1300 block of Curtis Ave. on July 22 between noon and 1:30 p.m.
Vandalized laundry machines
Officers responded to a radio call on July 26 of two suspects who were breaking into laundry machines on the 1800 block of 12th Street around 9:40 p.m. and stealing the coins inside the machines. Officers located the suspects and arrested them for theft.
Ransacked residence
Unknown suspect(s) pried open a rear window of a house on the 1200 block of 6th Street on the afternoon of July 26 and ransacked the residence. There is an unknown loss at this time.
Burglarized bedroom
Several items were stolen from the master bedroom of a house on the 200 block of Larson Street between July 16 and 17 while the house was being painted. There was no sign of forced entry. The police suspect that the construction workers may have been responsible.
SUV burglarized
The sideview glass mirrors and attached electrical components were stolen from a Chevrolet SUV on the 1000 block of 9th Street between 9 p.m. on July 23 and 7:30 a.m. on July 24.
Stolen car
A secured 2014 Volkswagen GTI was stolen from the 400 block of Manhattan Avenue on July 23 between 9:15 and 11:50 a.m.
Smashed window
A woman parked and secured her car in a street parking spot on the 4300 block of Crest Drive on the night of July 25. When she returned to her car the next day, the back window on the driver’s side was smashed and a bag was missing.
Fence jumpers
Two bicycles that were parked behind the fence of a house on the 2200 block of Manhattan Avenue were stolen around 7:45 p.m. on July 25 after two suspects jumped the fence. ER
