Alleged U.S. Bank ATM fraud


Manhattan Beach police seek information on a suspect allegedly involved in fraudulent ATM transactions at two US Bank locations in the South Bay.
On September 12, 2011 at 6:37 p.m., the suspect allegedly deposited a fraudulent $10,508 check through the US Bank ATM at 3300 N. Sepulveda Blvd. in Manhattan Beach, police said on Thursday. On September 23, 2011 at 8:09 a.m., the suspect allegedly fraudulently withdrew $400 through the US Bank ATM in Inglewood. The male suspect is described as black, between 25 and 35 years old, 5’11” and about 200 lbs. Police ask that those with information on the suspect contact Detective Michael Allard at 310-802-5125.
Alleged fraudulent transactions at Chase Bank

Police seek help in identifying a suspect allegedly involved in a series of fraudulent transactions at three Los Angeles County Chase Banks. On January 24, 2012 at 3:27 p.m., the suspect allegedly withdrew $4,500 from a victim’s checking account using an altered driver’s license and credit card, at the Chase Bank on 2600 N. Sepulveda Blvd. in Manhattan Beach.
An hour later, the suspect allegedly withdrew $3,000 from the victim’s checking account from the Chase Bank at 4840 West 190th St. in Torrance. The following afternoon, the suspect withdrew $4,200 and $3,000 from the victim’s checking account from the Chase Bank at 270 S. State College Blvd. in Brea.
On Feb. 2 at 3:27 p.m., the suspect withdrew $2,000 from the victim’s checking account from the Chase Bank at 2600 N. Sepulveda Blvd. in Manhattan Beach.
The male suspect is described as black, in his late 40s or early 50s, 5’9″, 190 lbs. and bald. He’s pictured wearing glasses and a button down shirt with a tie during each alleged crime. Police ask that those with information on the suspect contact Jeanette Meers at 310-802-5134.
Alleged fraud at Target stores


Manhattan Beach Police Department detectives seek information about a suspect allegedly involved in multiple fraudulent uses of a credit card at Target stores in the South Bay.
On Feb. 1, the suspect allegedly used a victim’s lost credit cart to make two fraudulent purchases of $70.69 and $302.93 at Target in Manhattan Beach. That same day, the suspect allegedly used the victim’s card to make a fraudulent purchase of $52.47 at Target in Redondo Beach.
Police allege that several other fraudulent transactions took place at various retail establishments in the area, but no surveillance photos were available.

The female suspect is described as black, between 35 and 45 years old, 5’6″ and 160 lbs. She’s suspected to be driving a four-door, white Jeep Grand Cherokee.
