Celebrate Wellness fundraiser
Join Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach it celebrates more than 30 years of providing free support programs for those affected by cancer.
“We continue to listen and respond to the needs of the community, and are proud to say that we now offer more than 200 programs per month for cancer patients and their loved ones,” said CSCRB Executive Director and CEO Paula Moore. “The funds raised at Celebrate Wellness help us provide these valuable support programs at no charge whatsoever to the participant.”
Organizers promise an afternoon that allows attendees a stroll through the botanical garden while sampling food and drinks from many South Bay restaurants, wineries, and breweries.
Highlights for the live and silent auction include a six-course chef’s dinner for 10 from Strand House with wine pairing, presented in their wine cellar; two hours of flight time for seven passengers on a Net Jets Cessna XLS/Excel; and a ride on the new Goodyear Blimp.
The 22nd annual Celebrate Wellness food and beverage tasting event, hosted and sponsored by the South Coast Botanic Garden, will be held at 26300 Crenshaw Boulevard on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, on Sunday, June 24 from 3 to 7 p.m.
