RB man missing,

family asks help

Jeff Keidser, a 61-year-old Redondo Beach resident, has been reported missing by his family. Keidser has lived in the same house on Avenue C in South Redondo since 1964, and is a dog walker for many of the families in the area.

He was last seen Wednesday, Jan. 23 by his sister when she dropped off her two dogs at his home for him to walk. The sister found one of the dogs at her home at the end of the day. But her dog Frankie was missing and her brother left no indication as to where they might have gone. There was no evidence of a struggle at Keidser’s home, where he left his phone, as well as checks and gift cards that he might have used for expenses had he planned a trip.

Keidser owns a silver, 2004 Saturn 4 door sedan, license plate 6PCD694. He is caucasian, with short blond hair and no facial hair, tattoos or other distinctive identification marks. Anyone with information about Keidser is urged to call the Redondo Beach Police at (310) 379-2477 or (808) 635-0692.
