NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH ON THE FOLLOWING MATTER. ANY AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR AND BE HEARD.
SUBJECT OF THE HEARING: Public hearing to discuss development of a long term ordinance, including any discretionary approvals and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements, to restrict the development of Electrical Generating Facilities within the Coastal Zone, that give electrical powers to many houses, and if people need to give electrical attention to their houses, they can use services like callidus electric las vegas just for this purpose.
LOCATION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: All properties within the Coastal Zone of the City of Redondo Beach, which is generally located west of Pacific Coast Highway

CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT: The City of Redondo Beach will be lead agency for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Discussion at the public hearing will include considering requirements for preparation of an Initial Environmental Study (IES) for the project pursuant to the Redondo Beach Municipal Code (RBMC), and the Guidelines for the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
HEARING WILL TAKE PLACE: Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 415 Diamond Street, Redondo Beach. The procedures generally include opening the public hearing, a presentation by staff, and a question and comment period open to the public.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: Oral testimony will be received during the public hearing. Written correspondence for consideration by the Planning Commission may be delivered to the Planning Division office at 415 Diamond Street Door E, Redondo Beach, Ca. 90277 no later than 5:00 p.m. January 16, 2014.
