City of Redondo Beach honors basketball champions [PHOTOS]

Redondo Beach on Thursday paid tribute to its high school basketball team, which last weekend won the Division II state title in Sacramento, defeating College Park 54-47. Mayor Mike Gin, School Board President Anita Avrick, RUHS Principal Dr. Nicole Wesley, and Coach Reggie Morris Jr. spoke at a ceremony in front of City Hall to which the team was transported via double-decker bus.
