
Redondo Beach will make up for having had to cancel its traditional July 4 fireworks show last year, by having two fireworks show on this yearโs Fourth of July
The City of Redondo Beach will launch fireworks from Seaside Lagoon, beginning at 9 p.m. But unlike in previous years, Seaside Lagoon will be closed to the public. At 9:20 p.m., following the cityโs fireworks, the Riviera Village Association will launch fireworks from a barge off of Avenue I.
The Village is also hosting an enclosed beer, wine and food garden, starting at 2 p.m. with music by Feed the Kitty, followed by Jimmy Z and the Tribe at 5 p.m. and the Mitch Perry Group at 7:30 p.m.
General admission is $20. Children ages 12 and younger will be admitted for free. For more information, go to rivieravillagefireworks.com.
Redondo Police are cautioning the public that parking and access to and from King Harbor and Riviera Village will be limited, and vehicles parked illegally will be issued parking citations and may be towed. ER
