A General Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, March 8 in Manhattan Beach to fill two City Council seats that will soon be vacated by fomer Mayor and Councilmember Portia Cohen and former Mayor and Councilmember Mitch Ward.
Four candidates, inlcuding Amy Howorth, David Lesser, Viet Ngo and Kathleen Paralusz , are running for council.
