Rock & Brews PCH in Redondo Beach opened to accolades in May, as founding partners Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, along with other KISS band members, performed and everyone got a chance to sample the restaurant’s menu and enjoy the philanthropic energy of a crowd consisting of local residents, professionals, and Rock & Brews patrons, all benefiting the Torrance Education Foundation. The restaurant has served dinner to capacity crowds almost every night since, and last week hosted an interactive media event featuring beer and food pairings. Rock & Brews PCH owner Jon Mesko and Rock & Brews co-Founding partner Mike Zislis were on hand to give local media a tour of the restaurant’s food, beer, and unique features.
