For more than 25 years, the Rotary Club of Hermosa Beach has honored 8th grade students who exemplify Rotary’s guiding principles of “service above self.” Hermosa Valley Principal Jessica Bledsoe with Student of the Month Luke Strosnider, his mom Robyn Jones, dad Alfonso Torres, Rotarian Dean Nota and brother Alfonso Torres at the Rotarians’ March 18 lunch.
